Default CamSense new Terms&Conditions

CamSense new Terms&Conditions

01.12.2009

Effective 1 December, 2009, CamSense, the adult affiliate program of CC Network, has implemented some important changes to its terms & conditions. We encourage you to check out the full terms & conditions and please let us know any additional questions you have. Address your questions to help@camsense.com and we will get back to you promptly. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to a successful New Year with you.

---------------

2. If a visitor who is not a current qualified spender on one of the CC Network of sites (one who has not actively used a CC Network site within the past six months) uses your link to visit the CC Network of sites and then registers as a qualified spender the affiliate is entitled up to 40% of all the net spending from that member for the entire period of his active membership (See Programs), provided that you continue to be an active affiliate.

  • (2.1). An active affiliate ("Active Affiliate") of CamSense, the administrator of the affiliate programs for the CCNetwork of sites, for this purpose is:
    • One whose qualified spenders do not, in the aggregate, exceed chargebacks of 1 ½ % over a one (1) month period.
    • One who has complied with the CamSense Customer Identification requirements set forth herein within thirty (30) days after becoming an affiliate or within sixty (60) days from a request by CC Network for such compliance for existing affiliates.
    • One who delivers at minimum five (5) qualified spenders per month to a CC Network site,
  • (2.2). CamSense has the option to discontinue the payouts for your referred visitors who have become qualified spenders on a CC Network site upon your failure to meet the criteria for an Active Affiliate over a two (2) month period.
  • (2.3). Net spending shall mean the fees paid by the referred member to a CC Network site less refunds and chargebacks for such member, and chargeback fees and penalties assessed by the credit card associations against a CC Network merchant account caused by or resulting from, in whole or in part, excessive chargebacks by the members referred by you as a group.
  • (2.4). For Chathosts who also refer traffic through CamSense, the administrator of the affiliate programs for the CC Network, the following terms also apply:
    • If a visitor who is not a current qualified spender on one of the CC Network of sites (one who has not actively used a CC Network site within the past six months) uses your link to visit the CC Network of sites and then registers as a qualified spender, the referring Chathost is entitled to earn up to 30% on everything they spend on sessions with other Chathosts, provided that the Chathost continues to be an active Chathost.
    • An active Chathost of the CC Network of sites, for this purpose is: One who has conducted live video sessions on CamContacts.com or a CC Network site at least once within a sixty (60) day period, and who conforms to age verification and all other Chathost terms & conditions.

Note this line "One who delivers at minimum five (5) qualified spenders per month to a CC Network site".

Thus if you send less than 5 per month your stuffed.

Start with another sponsor then. Webcams.com are lovely. I recommend them. With no aff link.

i do promote them.

the thing is, i like many people have for years been promoting camcontacts and have always added a banner on all the small sites i set up.

it would take a month to remove them, its hardly worth the bother.

and sounds of it others have done the same, so its a rather sneaky thing to do.

oh well.

Copy and paste from another board.

You need to outsource your spam posts now to lift them above "moron" status?

Default CamSense affiliate program/CamSense Revenue Share Program

I have promoted CamSense (CamContacts...) for 6 or 7 years and I wasn't unhappy, but with the new rules of them... I have to find a new partner, and I will do it tonight. Also I have to change a lot of sites, but I will spend this time because I am not interesting in to support such greedy guys (a new management?) anymore.

I am pissed off of this company... and they are still promoting their site with "... LIFETIME Revenue Share Program ...". Lifetime means just 30 or 60 days for them. Nobody should support them anymore, CamSense Revenue Share Program is a NO WAY, do not loose your time and your money ... choose another company.

With the email (the new rules) what I have got last night I will not support them anymore, and I have to say that each company is better than companies like this.

Somebody know a alternate service which offer the same like CamContacts/CamSense(less) did before? Like I said, I want to change all links today.

I believe so. Don't know if they are at the same level or not.

What's worrying me about this is that it implies their finances are not as strong as they once were. They want to be able to cut off old affiliates who no longer send much traffic but have old customers on the books. The only reason to do that is to save cash.

Previously I highly recommended this program; but I'm certainly reducing that recommendation and will start sending more traffic elsewhere.

And this is from someone who has been in their top 5 webmasters list every time for about the last two years.

this is to get rid of small webmasters who sends less than 10% of your sales and who take 90% of your time. But i still dont get it how camcontacts can convert

Default CamWank

Just had my first payment refused by Camcontacts. I don't think I have ever sent them 5 spenders in one month! But have generated over $100,000 dollars in sales over the last 5 years.

Have only just read the new terms, that email must have slipped by.

Wish I was a contract lawyer....lifetime payments my ass!

Now for the task of removing all the fiddly little links. Hope they go under!

Any suggestions for a replacement?

Cams.com or maybe webcams.com

Also my payment refused by Camcontacts... and they are still promote themself with 40% LIFETIME Revenue Share Program. I have made 6 or 7 years marketing for your company and with my work I have earned US $ 130,000.

I have to change 72.170 links now... I hate work, but sometimes it is necessary.

http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/webcams.com (Alex Rank 6,917)
http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/cams.com (Alex Rank 1,134)

What to choose?

I need a beer first of all :-)

Default cams

Ok looks like webcams.com

Does anyone know which programme would be best for an affiliate with a relativly low hit count. Rev share on Camsense(twats) worked well.

I saw that cams.com was part of Adult friend finder. I find their affiliate software a bit longwinded.

Cheers again!

Royal.

Default Camsense = scam

I am pretty disappointed with camsense as well. I have been working with them for 9 years, and always recomended them. Not anymore!

I havent reached their new requirements as well and am removing all my links to them.

will probably choose AWE and webcams.com as my new sponsors. I hope many like us will boycot them and hope they feel the damage they did to themselves due to such greed.
