I've been a 'adult' web-master since 1997 which started with a few pictures of my girlfriend on a site i designed on a free web-host...

Today I'm still a million pounds shy of being a millionaire! :)

But the experience I have gleaned since that time has enabled me to keep a site running which I've had since 2002 (community picture share site) it's the only site i run and since the emergence of 'tube-sites' (the best way to distribute all your stolen content on-line with advertising revenue) *sarcasm* it's got to be more a job now to make a presence among the the horny-freeloaders...

So I have to ask if i were to start a new venture (which i hope to) is there any good advise you can give me to avoid a stumble from the off?

Let me explain what i have in mind, I'm going to make a single model site for a friend who wants to generate some extra revenue for her young children and seeing as I've known her for years and she has a great body then why not make some money and have fun along the way.. so she knows I'm a tech-head with a site I've had for years and we've decided to go for it... totally non-corporate grass-roots UK based, photo-sets and videos, typical kinda thing.

So were going to get the content sorted, once we have that in terms of nice pictures sets & videos I'm going to go with a nice host i know in the US and set up her site using wordpress (adultsiteCMS) my site since I've had since 2002 works from vbulletin and various gallery software etc... so it's a similar setup... rather than the designer (me) doing all the leg-work as i have done before on sites using wordpress/adultsiteCMS will enable me to concentrate more on getting her site out there.

I can cash in some favors maybe with some American adult webmaster friends of mine to give the site a kick-start in terms of traffic.. then it's a few flogs (fake blogs, links back to cash-site) posting links everywhere, etc etc etc...

But what else should i do to give this woman a good shot? i said to her I'm not going to take any more money (other than setting it up for software licenses etc) which she'll give me back but then for the next how-ever many years i hope it'll be a nice little earner for her...

We have some nice ideas for content, all shot well, high-quality... site will be good and well protected (strongbox etc) and we'll use my existing ccbill account to take visa/cards etc etc...

I'm not to up on what 'affiliates' can do? any good?... if you have any advice please share I'd love to make it the best it can be for her.

I can post a link to my site I've had since 2002 if you like.. see what I'm capable of, i do my own design/code... php/html/javascript/css etc... all good experience.
