god knows I aint mate - as for spunk stains well would kind of expect people to clean up their own bodly fluids given how health concious producers are in the UK ;)

I have to disagree with you big time on this one, Pudsey is sound, compared directly with most of Leeds it wins hands down. ;)
I know coz I looked EVERYWHERE for somewhere tio live there and this was the only area that I felt happy with, as a snob.
Best thing about the flat is its location which will be improved even more as they continue to pull down the council estate.

Guiseley, Rawdon, Cookridge, Adel, Most of Headingly, Roundhay, West Park, Horsforth....etc are much nicer places and more expensive to live than Pudsey
Pudsey is a pretty average town in Leeds and it certainly isn't posh.

Headingley - Lived there it uis a complete dump, the pl;ace is populated with students who live in damp housing that was built in the 1800's to house the workers of the mills. (YOu ever walked down Voctoria Road or around Burley?)
West Park - Is about the size of playing field has around 100 houses tops though is built next right next door to Morgrange Council estate, you can drive through west park in under one min.
Horsforth - Nothing really nice about Horsforth, again full of council houses and flats the only decent parts are couple of streets. There is NOTHING in Horsforth apart from a trani station and Morrisions.........
Roundhay - you have to be having a laugh was there last week to see someone the place looks like inner London and has gone backwards faster then any place I know. Roundhay looked more like Harehills, over crowded and dirty!
Adel - again is a place with few nice homes though again its made up of a large council estates and ex council homes privately owned :)
I dont know where you live in Leeds but the places you mentioned you clearly have not visited for some time......
I cant comment on Rawdon, I think I have been there though not sure. Out of interest where do you live?
thought for a second I'd stumbled across a "Build, Buy or Restore" thread. Surely all of Leeds is shite compared to that Jewel of the North - Newcassel

Leeds is not bad.
But I would not want to be in seacroft, crossgates, or cross flats (that area basicly).
One side is ok, the other horrid.
Where smithmedia flat is, is considered rather yuppy.
But to be honest if i had the cash i would not live in the uk at all.
I am suprised how many of you do live in the uk. I mean if your net based business it does not matter where you live.
So why stay in the uk?

I used to say yaaaargh instead of yes for years to sound like a yuppy.
No one seems to do that now.
