Ex-pats in the EU

Are there any ex-pats still living in the EU on the board? I need some help with a brick wall I have run into - its worth a few quid (fee is negotiable :p ), pm me if you can help. Actual location is not so important but you must be based outside of the UK but inside the EU

Sorry but its nothing as exciting as that - need to register a compnay outside the UK but within the EU and am after some guidance and help.

Can sort that out here - But

All your outgoing costs are deferred for one year against tax (So you must be prepared to wait that time before off-setting all your intital outlay) - Then all incoming cash is taxed at 21% and insurance 42%
Basically, you give the government 63% of your total income for one year then they start looking at your expendature, and usually they spread any heavy inital costs over as many as seven years -

Much easier to have someone murdered - Give me the name and address and I will do it for you -
