Whats new about them?

Ive never had them before, is it just a coincidence that Ive started to get them at the same time as when I log in to CCBill admin, where they say "IMPROVED CUSTOM EMAIL SYSTEM OFFERS IMPROVED FUNCTIONALITY"?

Ive always had the sales ones, never had one for a cancelation before or one that says someones subscription is due to run out etc.

I only get 'You have referred a sale' emails and they're not much use. Would be nice to have the actual commission earned on them and be notified of commissions on rebills too, as with Verotel.

All the info that they show is stored in CCBill anyway, which we regularly use for marketing. We have an auto-mail sent to anyone who's subscription runs out, and we contact all the denials to let them know about our other payment options.

Dealing with these emails as they come in isn't a very economical use of our time.

I used to get the details on the email itself and in the last few days the details have come as an attachment. I print off all sales so it's just easier not to have to open the attachment first I guess. Lazy me :)

The idea is not to deal with them yourself, but have ccbill's auto emails set up and customized to catch each member as he cancels - A good mail (your ccbill customized mail) direct to the cancelled member increases the chance of selling him on to another site -
As he most probably hasn't agreed to receive emails from you, emailing him direct could be termed spam as he is ccbill's customer, not yours -
