Just wondered what you guys thought was the best thing to use. I was thinking about using chameleon but then i came accorss i few others too and just wondered what you would recommend? What are big differences and how much do they count?

Remember im a blonde woman so something thats gonna be easy to use will have advantages too ;) If any of you are experts id be glad of some help :D Thanks!!

The thing that sets galerysubmitter apart is the scheduling.

You can set up a months worth of galery submits (2 per day) and forget it. GS will then automatically submit and confirm every day for that month.
So you have a months worth of galleries sorted so you can worry about other stuff ;)

No offence, but I feel I should comment the scheduling and stuff..

We had a thread about this thing at the different place already, so I will just try to summarize it..

I am with Chameleon, where we try to keep the work of our users as simple as possible... in the way that you still got a full control above everything and you have a guarantee that the tool will follow the site rules for every single individual TGP/MGP site out there so you won't do anything wrong..

Now site rules are likely to be changed/edited by TGP/MGP site owners, so forget about being accurate/exact when scheduling your submit ahead...

I dont say scheduling is bad, it just depends on each user's preferences if they wanna do it this or that way..

peace to all and have a good day

So you wouldn't be biased at all?

There are a few places that I cannot submit because of certain things, one being certain words being used and quite a few blacklist .info domains. Yet chameleon still tries to submit to them. So chameleon doesn't seem to be on top of that then. I have also noticed a few times that when manually submitting I will get a message telling me I have already submitted to that TGP/MGP, so again chameleon is not picking up on that fact.

As for you saying "it just depends on each user's preferences if they wanna do it this or that way" then why doesn't chameleon give us the option to schedule and then we can decide whether we want to or not.

You make it sound like gallerysubmitter does not follow the rules of TGP/MGP sites, well they do. Do you think chameleon is the only submitter that checks for changes in rules and recips?

Chamelon is an ok submitter Gallerysubmitter is a great one.

your slander style post would make sense, if

a) you could provide proof that GallerySubmitter did not mind rules of TGPs to begin with and/or doesn't keep the records up to date

b) you could provide proof that scheduling ahead meant the webmaster could not make changes to already scheduled submissions, should they feel the need to do so

seems to me the user has the full control you get your hard on about. nice try though. ;)

how does gallery submitter handle the authorization codes a lot of tgps have on their submit pages these days?

Chameleon is pretty tedious to use in my experience but then i think most of them probably are, it manages about 50% of the auth codes ok but messes the rest up which makes for a long old time in submitting.

Not tryed gallery submitter as i'm not in that game anymore.

Chameleon rocks especially the partner request function. I do it once a day as I have intergrated it with our free hosted gallery script. This way our affiliates can get the gallery that I posted in the morning to use themselves.

Personally I would recommend Chameleon. Whatever happens you will have made your money back within 48 hours of using it.

yeah, those autorequester tools are awesome. they help weeding out the cunts who don't read rules.

took the cake when those tools were new and we suddenly got loads of requests for TGPs that no longer accepted submissions at all. well up-to-date databases they must have been working from.
