I would really recommend using an agency to handle this for you if you have no experience. Or even if you do!

They will get you a better ROI, even after their fee.

www.neutralize.com

I would pick Neutralize, as I have worked with them before, seen their tools for PPC and it's really impressive.

Ask to speak to Martin Dinham

Also spannerworks are meant to be good, and bigmouthmieda.com

Not personally used either of them though.

It can take up to 48 hours as I think they manually review all ads these days before letting them go live - I changed a word in an ad and it stopped displaying for a day until they got round to approving it...

Yeah they use to let campaigns roll until someone got round to checking it! Use to start campaigns late Friday evening would run till Monday before they pulled it for some stupid error lol (Shame you can't do that anymore as Mobs said could take a day)

What ever you do! Don't check the other two box's in "Network options" its a fucking rip-off and will burn a big hole in your pocket for sure. Just ensure Google Search! When users search for my keywords on Google Only is checked

Good luck...

if you just opened AdWords account, they now have some type of checking procedure. it might take a week or two.

but since October changes it's difficult to get anything approved anyway, it takes too long... before I send them Support Ticket each time I change something to speed up the process, might try that too
