My email is now on a new server.
But i find that the printed time i get emails is not correct.
Ie:
email sent: 18.38 - 3rd march
but it says: 09:42 - 3rd march
How do i correct this?

I have a decent download speed. But upload is slow.
Do any firms provide the same upload speed as download?

One of my members password/udername was used by somone else.
He emailed me to say it was ot his fault.
Then it happened again.
This happened a few days before his mebership ran out.
Do you think somone did get hold of it, or do you think hhe gave it out.

Sounds to me like he gave it out lol. Did the site block him cos i dont get why he felt the need to tell you about it?

Depending on what you are using their should be an options folder where you can change the dates and times, its probs been set to a different time zone.

Yes it blocked him.
But he emailed me and said this has happened before to him.

I'm having email problems at the moment with enquiry@brothersblue.com addy.
I can receive emails, but not send them.

If its worked in the past, contact your host as there may be a server problem.
Somtimes the email is on a different server to your site.

Hes passing it to his mates and trying to get a free month saying its not his fault. Just tell him tough! I used to get it all the time for faiths site i just told them we do not tolerate password sharing and all passwords should be kept safe etc etc

grr had this problem every month with my support email it was a night mare having to get onto them all the time to sort it out. I found deleating everything in your trash bin and using a spam filter made it not do it so often, dunno if it will help.

I had this message from my server admin:
"Before you attempt to send out any messages, you need to check any of your mailboxes on the server first. Once you check a mailbox on the server, you have a 15 minute "window" for sending out messages. This is a part of our anti-spam protection.
Please try again after checking a mailbox and let me know if you experience any further difficulties."
I've just created a BT Addy this evening to get around the problem.
