They will tell you here they won't talk to you in ICQ...
try a "ccbill suck" thread on GFY thats should get you attn!
I found clientsupport@ccbill.com is pretty fast to respond to emails though
They do suck sometimes - I need to change my postal address where cheques are sent to, but I can't just do it by e-mail...Oh no - I have to print out and fax back a frigging form. I don't have a bloody fax machine!

They do accept emailed scans aswell
If you ring them, I'm pretty sure that as long as you are the payee, and the payee isn't being changed, you can do it over the phone. I'm 95% sure it was that easy when I moved.

Did this myself a couple of weeks ago.
I asked if I could send scans instead of fax and they said fine. However, as I later found out, if you're an affiliate and not a paysite owner you dont even need to do that. You can just change the address of your principal account once logged in to ccbill.

This is the way I did it.
Log in to ccbill, go to tools, it will list all your ccbill sponsors you are promoting. Find your principal account (i.e the first one you ever signed up with). Under the profile column click edit on the principal account and enter new details.
Just took me half an hour to find it again, not the easiest system to get around. Hope it helps :)

Thanks for the info - it almost worked - wouldn't let me change my country from UK to Denmark though :(
