They made copies, that they can try and use those to get the money, but it will take two weeks. :mad:

I phoned CCBill, they said to re issue them costs $20 per check and also takes two weeks :mad:

Get wires - no more waiting a week for delivery and waiting a few more days to cash.
I used to always worry they would get lost somewhere down the line.

Get a US$ acct at your bank, then get CCBill to send a wire to the account... That will save you a lot of money. I do this with HSBC and when I transfer the $$ to my current acct there are no exchange fees the money goes through at the exchange rate at the time :) I think CCBill charge $15 per wire

Yep but it meens two lots of wires, one from my ccbill account and one from my affiliate account, plus all the other checks from non ccbill sponsors, so I still have to pay checks in regardless of wires, thats why Ive never bothered.

TODAYS UPDATE

Firstly my mate who owns a recruitment agency moved his bank from Lloyds to Barclays last week. He has the same business manager as me.

He went in to see him on Friday and saw a file with my name on that the business manager was working on. My mate said to him "John does my website......." The bussiness manager then prodeded to tell him about how they had lost my £8k!

Fucking unbelevable! :ugly:


But they did find my money and I got it into my accdount today. So it all ended OK :drink:
