I'm originally from Ukraine, been around the globe, thats why i compared spanish made curry and UK curry ( some village next to Heathrow ). But since i post here i hear 'curry' word so frequent that it's like 'beer' around here or 'shashlyk' ... ppl meet on weekend they have curry ... here ppl meet they have 'shashlyk' ... thats really way tooo national, i'm a cosmopolite kind of guy, but curry thats the thing i wanted to understand :)

Well, lesson one is that a British curry and an Indian curry are two different things.
Confused? :takethat:

ya, confused. Curry you can eat in Idian restraurant in the UK is not British, right? So, what's British curry then? I thought something curry is Idnian whenever it's being served :)
