Its the girl from the Poltergeist films. She died just after the 3rd film.

In Poltergeist 2 she says she does not want to get any older. Scares me.

That was pretty interesting reading her biography..

I'd heard that she committed suicide as a teen because of the shock/horror from filming the poltergeist films. Whereas her biography section says she died of cardiac arrest at age 12. You learn something new everyday.

I dont like the films either. They give me the heebeegeebees

oh come on, them flicks are are horribly made. listed amongst those i'm happy never to have spent the cinema entrance fee.

and that kid annoys the hell out of me.

She died during the making of the third film.. which is why you never actually see her towards the end. They had to finish it without her.. and all the drugs she was on (to try and make her well) is why she looks so fat in it..

i agree with Ricardo, the first was okay. Must admit though, i haven't seen the others
