We all know that water is good for you esp if you are sitting infront of a computer all day but how much do we all actually drink?

I never drink water. It is a waste of time and effort. Imaging people eating white sauce all day long. Water has no taste. The modern trend for drinking quantities of water is due to clever advertising to make it "hip" to spend money on what comes out of the tap. Talk about marketing, someone must be pissing themselves laughing ( "you're going to put water into bottles... and charge money??...seriously?..." ).

I drink tea, and on occasion red wine.

Probably about 1.5 ltrs of pure water out of the Brita filter, and loads and loads in endless cups of tea. Probably why I could piss for England.

Aparrently tap water is as good as bottled water if you leave it in a jug or something for a few hours - the chlorine (or whatever foul tasting mind control drugs they put in it) supposedly evaporates after a bit and it tastes better.

Fluorine is the nasty stuff in water. It is now less common than it was, thank goodness. Also boiling tap water will remove the chlorine they put in it. More worrying is the hormones in tap water due to the contraceptive pill, which is making young men go bald, and along with chicken is the cause of more people being gay nowardays than was the case years ago. If I were to drink water I'd get an osmosis device, or at least boil it and cool it before I drank it.

Is the high better if you smoke it? :)

Don't drink any water - bottled water makes my mouth go dry and the tap water, although much nicer than the shite you's call water down there - still doesn't have much of a taste to it.

In saying that, if I put water in a fulter jub from the tap and leave it in the fridge it's rather nice. I buy in sparkling flavored water, suger free of course.

Yup, we are in the back of beyond here so the water tastes rather nice if it's cold. If it's just unfiltered straight from the tap I dont like it so much. I keep meaning to buy a proper filter jug and stop buying in the fizzy stuff...

not overly keen on the fizzy stuff unless its flavored and it has to be elderflower, but still water is best plain

I find the new fashion of carrying a little bottle with you everywhere you go distinctly bizarre.

It's really really good for you.

I didnt realise how much juice I was going through till I started drinking seperate juice from the boys in the house, giving up coke and irn bru. Turns out I go through about 2-3 litres of juice a day! Imagine all the sugar I was taking in not to mention all the bad shit...

Having a water bottle on hand means your more likely to drink something good for you than pop in the shop and buy a tin of juice as it's cheaper than a large bottle of something good for you.

When I left the school they had brought out the new water bottle system where each of the pupils were given their own sports cap bottle which they could fill at water stations throughout the school and actually drink in class - keeping yourself rehydrated means you can concentrate and focus more which ultimately leads to better class grades - or that was the bullshit they fed us.

I admit, since stopping fizzy bad juice I feel a difference... :)
