Have just seen a report on yesterday's play - 407 runs by one side in a day is pretty amazing stuff by any standards - Will not end up as a draw, for certain.

He has almost finished painting the front of the house - But I think he has taken today off to watch the Aussies crumble.

I have just seen the Warne wicket - That balled turned 90 degrees, didn't it? If the wicket is biting like that today could make it an interesting contest between Warne and England - Could be a day of 8 fielders round the bat.

Well it looks like you will all be home from the pub by lunchtime at this rate.

Latest I have is 89 for 6 -

Bad wicket - Bad batting or good bowling?

would have been nice to have gotten to 300, that would have been something to chase. I thought we was going to do it

Still, 281 gives our bowlers something to go for - Looking at the scores it seems like the wicket has deteriated enough to make batting fourth pretty difficult - Interesting situation now.

If we get some early wickets then the game will be on, if we dont I think we will get stuffed

I hate cricket!

Thats cause you dont understand the rules. So here is a quick explination

You have two sides,
one out in the field and one in.

Each man that's in the side that's in
goes out
and when he's out he comes in
and the next man goes in until he's out.
When they are all out,
the side that's out comes in
and the side that's been in goes out
and tries to get those coming in out.

Sometimes you get men still in and not out.

When both sides have been in and out twice,
including the not outs ...

...that's the end of the game. :drink:

Thats fucking it. If we dont get three tail enders out in 100 balls, then we shouldnt be allowed to play cricket.

Up the Alamo!

Fucking ccn didn't show anything about it yesterday and I have been at golf most of today so I missed it all - Won by a couple of runs in the end, all I know!

well fuck dude, you missed the most exciting game of cricket Ive ever seen. I nearly needed hostpital treament at one point.

Yes we won, though Im not sure we deserved to.

If we cant get two tail enders out for over 100 runs then there is something seriously wrong with English cricket
