I believe they said their is wiggle room and you can prolly get it for around a hundred mil. It is just an offshore data centre now. Wonder if there would be any advantage to hosting there?

yea I am really not convinced of its legal status and since the navy used to own it I wouldn't like to test the govt by doing something naughty out there!
