Don't offer gimmicks. I don't want 'rewards' for being the first person to send x amount of sales, I daresay 90% of people here feel the same way. Rewards = 5000 webmasters pushing the same shit on the same day, with 10 webmasters who know what they're doing (and can piss all over me traffic wise) actually making sales, yet still not flooding with the same old same old.

$$$ = webmasters, PS3's = surfmasters, in my (very humble) opinion.

fair enough, we also have promos where we pay lots of Cash as well. In the summer we were paying $100pps. We will most likey do that again as well. We still are paying our regular payouts (which is amongst the highest in the industry) the ps3 is just an added bonus

Yeah, the $100 PPS stuff is great for the program, shitty for all of the affiliates who consistently promote the program.
Everyone spams the program on those particular days, and the ratios go to shit, the sales go to shit, and the webmaster is left looking for another program because the one he was consistently using used a gimmick to get a short-term boost and ended up saturating things and killing long-term traffic.

You guys have been around so long that the only reasons you're needing more webmasters now is because you chased everyone away with those "bonus" PPS days and made yourself useless to them.

I have to agree. When I see sponsors offering promos like that I wonder what their shave ratio is straight away.
