Been conversing with AEBN the past few days about trying to get my account number to log in as it's on the desktop...

They told me to use my username, so I did but it wanted my account number...So emailed them back and they told me to go to the site, log into the site with an IE browser with my username and password...Again tried to log into the affiliate section but with no luck

Emailed them back and they told me to log into the straight or gay section not the affiliate one!

Unbelievable! They think I'm a bloody surfer who's list his password even though I gave them my affiliate details!!!!!

I started with aebn more or less the first month they started and have always had good cheques back from them - Still do.
However, some time back I noticed I could neither access the stats nor the promo gear - I could be sending them many more sales - I have written to the thick cunts so many times trying to find out why I can get sfa out of their site and still get no valid answers -
As I said - I still get their cheques - But these could and should be for much larger figures than the few hundred bux a month I get from them now - They are lacking in professionalism all along the line.

1) Strictly Broadband is the only UK-based VoD site... that's why I added the smilie, it was shameless self-promotion.

Sounds like you are in touch with our customer service... if so forgive them.. thats their job to deal with surfers who have problems on their site. They deal with them all day long and probably assumed you are a surfer explaining your problem poorly, instead of an affiliate explaining your problem correctly:P

Eventually got it sorted out lol, funny stuff, but thanks for coming in to lend a helping hand :) I've made a note of your email in case this happens again, switching between computers is evil...
