I've got a TGP on my site www.adults4.com go to the webmasters submenu of the main page for the submit link. You can also submit sites to the directory - all of the pages have PR and a recip isn't required.

The site isn't strictly UK but I am aiming to get a UK slant on there and most of my traffic is UK based.
