Looking For New Webmaster for LaylaJade.com $$$

Hi all,
Well first of let me start by saying 'Hi'. It's nice to be here on the forums. I've been aware of Beer & Bollocks for a short time and it's always nice to be part of a group online.
Ok so here is what's going on...
I am looking for someone to redesign my site and take over as my new web-master for www.LaylaJade.com.
I need someone who is enthusiastic and experienced :)
I want a redesign that is quick to load, and not overloaded with flash, (like my current design), it's time to give my site some new blood. Honestly I am looking for someone who will work with me on a more long term basis rather then just a one off design for a fee.
