I think, in a way, we can band together and work with Police and other authorities to ensure we run our biz in a professional manner.
For a start - We really should ensure certain keywords (take teen, for example) are banned from this forum - This would ensure this forum, doesn't attract pedo's and pedo webmasters, are not attracted to this forum.
The above keyword, is just an example - But, honesty and integrity - That already shows in general posts to this forum, but if we can assure others that this is the way we want to promote our businesses, maybe, just maybe, at the end of the day, authorities will see we are really a well organized bunch of businessmen, rather than sexogriphers.

I think its a good idea although like JT said 18 and 19 are tecnically teens but also legal. The problem is though that teen always conjours up thoughts of pedos. There are many many "Teen" sites where the girl may well be 18 but she is portrayed as much younger, now if that is not pandering nonces I don't know what is.
