If the B&B meetup is going to be in London in Jan, how about you do another one in Leeds like last time.
This way those in the north will be able to make it.
Its such a shame it will be London. Its just too far.
We have people comming from Scotland, Chez, USA and Denmark, but Leeds is to far?

Cool.
I understand.
Manchester is easy to get to.
As I say, its a bit far for me to go to London, for just a few hours.
I may see if I can do a shoot that day to make it worth the trip.
But its a heck of a way.
Plus, to be honest, I hate driving through London.

you dont drive to london, you book a first class train ticket take a laptop and work both ways on the train while they fill you with coffee :-)
The other way to get there is to drive the Luton and use the Park n Ride, it is next to the motorway and takes like 20 mins into London, parking is cheap and secure whats more it dont take too long to drive to Luton.
Flying from leeds was good when they went to London city airport and was like 80 return though they have pulled this service - shame as in 40 mins you were in central london.

Trains do not run back after somthing like 11pm.
By the way, if you plan on flying, its easer to go to manchester rather than leeds airport to london.
if there is a few of you, the realy easy option is to hire a helicopter and fly in.

I dont live in Hull at all - it is about 35 miles east from me :)
Leeds is a hole mate, full of tower block flats thats why we met in North Leeds as it is slightly more civil :)

when was the last time you went into Leeds?
the town is surrounded by the biggest estates I have seen
Burmontoft, Little London, Gipton then you got Harehills
a few nice shops dont make a town great, if it was so good I would not have left ;-)
it was also miles from anywhere
