Finding an Office/Studio

for ages we considered moving into a separate office building, preferably with the option to have part of it as studio, maybe some old garage with an office attached. all the time i put off looking into it deeper, as the great offers were listed in the weekly magazine the chamber of commerce sends out anyway.

trust them to only offer offices with hundreds of square meters now that i show actual interest. :ninja:
