From initial reports, they shot him after he had fallen over - Would have thought having him alive and frying him a little would have got some useful info - But if he was wearing an sv, shoot the fucker dead in an instant!

There is some sketchy news coming in of a mosque surrounded by police

No they have to shoot him in the head. Its the regulation, it cuts off the central nervous system and stops them carrying on. from what was said the 5 extra shots was just to make sure the fucker was dead 100% Cant be too careful

As far as I can see, he wasnt connected with yesterday, he was a suicide bomber with boms on him about to blow himself up.

OK just heard this report.

The bloke was moving fast, the police where behind him by a couple of feet, the man tripped, the copper stood over him and shot him in the head 5 times

No they have to shoot him in the head. Its the regulation,

while the very fact about the nervous system may hold some merit, assuming you get a proper hit, do you seriously expect an average police or secret service man to hit a head on a moving target?
sadly enough it isn't that easy as most movies make it appear.

I dont make the rules. Im just repeating that they said on Sky news. But I guess you know better than the head of the Transport police.

let me lay it out in simple terms. do you think anyone without special training can hit a moving target's head? this isn't some action movie but a stress situation.
