chebby.com is yours right?

If so, what possessed you to spam webmasters email addresses with junk advertising 'cheap' porn dvd's?

Some twat has been adding other peoples emails to the newsletter box (see http://www.chebby.com/ top left) just to create problems.

Not sure who is doing this.

If you get a newsletter, press on the cancel link at the bottom of the newsletter.

If you go to any of my yahoo groups, such as http://groups.yahoo.com/group/pokerdip/

Its easy to cancel.

I am not going to get in an argument over somthing so irelevent.

Just press on the link 'Click here if you want to [unsubsribe]'

If I believed you I'd suggest you use a system that confirms submitted email addresses ... but I dont, so I wont.

Its an affiliate system. I just have it set up as a link.

I do not run the site.

It like you promoting a website, and I got an email from it. Who do I blame you or the site?

I thought that email lists had to be double opt in now to be legal?

No idea.
Then maybe you should get a clue ... would imagine there's tons of services out there you can use to capture emails you can mail legitimately ... or get yer own custom scripts to take care of it.

I use this one (http://www.xascripts.com/index.php?link=2) to manage my join4free sites ... last thing you need is a ton of complaints when randoms get your shit in their inbox.
