I'm lookinbg for a freeware / opensource banner exchange script that does not use mysql, any suggestions?

Used to use a javascript one on Vixen-Lady.com a lot of years ago and I can't remember 100% but I think it was this one HERE (http://www.htmlbasix.com/banner.shtml)
