Last weeks CCBill cheques

I didnt get any last week, infact Ive had one main account check this month and thats it. No affiliate cheques at all.

Anyone else?

we had CCBill mail today, stamped on june 27th, usually only takes a week, IIRC.

Im missing mine also I assumed it had been sent out late due to 4th July hol in USA. Usually comes on saturday like clockwork i thought it would be here Mon/Tues latest not here as yet.

I wonder if last weeks mail could be delayed if it is routed through London with it coming from the States?

Although I did get a check today from the states post marked the 7th.

i always thought it would be good if ccbill had the option of taggin your affiliate cheques on to your main account wire if you wanted it.

That would be a great idea, but they cant do that. They can send a rocket to mars and see whos there, but they cant group two payments together :onguard:

How much do they charge for wire transfer?

No cheques here niether, Usally with USA bank holidays it comes on monday at the latest tuesday but still nothing :(

Hi All,

Our ccbill cheques are late to. I called Josh in their support section this morning and he assured me that cheques are still being sent like clockwork.
The ones that we are all waiting for apparently left CCBill on the 5th July. The next periods cheques left yesterday (11th July).

He had no clue as to why they were delayed in the post, but said to hang on for a few days to see if they turned up before everyone gets in contact with the accounts department to see if they've been returned to them as undelivered.

So, I guess we just have to wait and see whether two cheques arrive in quick succession sometime this week.

By the way, calling CCBill is now Toll Free, even from the UK, which I didn't realise (I'm probably the only one who didn't know, but just thought I'd mention it as it's always handy to be able to call them :)
