Just got this email. I do exhibitionists sites so know the site. Its a good site. Anyway the eamil says they are selling due to starting a new family. Is this a coincidence do you think?

By the way I also have an exhibitionist site that gets over 300k a month if someone offered me $175k I'd bite there arm off for it :drink:

I think its gonna be a gold rush. What Im supprised about though is people waited till now to sell. They knew the regs were comming. Now thell have to sell cheap, why not sell months ago?

I think a lot of US webmasters buried their heads in the sand, and I think all the talk on GFY and the other boards have made them realise how bad its going to be with the new regs. If I was a US webmaster I think I would have sold up 6 months ago.

I think for once UK and European webmasters will be in a stronger position than our US counterparts.

If I was a US webmaster Id just go none explicit, theres lots of none explicit niches out there and lots of ways to promote explicit sites with none explicit content. I can see far more closing shop than I originally thought would
