To right. the first day they was down, I still made great sales, but since then its been shit. Can anyone explain to me what happens in a Dos attack that cant be stopped? Ive had Doss attacks and my host stopped them. Why cant they?

All depends on the resources being put behind the attack.
we were down for a while due to a DDOS attack, I sent them the way to get back up on 3 hours but they obvoiusly did not want to spend the cash :( shows how much they want business???

Did you get any reply from them as to why they were not interested in your suggestion?
No reply from Mark, Andy said he will pass it onto the techs, and also Danny (the tech for CaveCreek) who are the same company was the one that actually recommended them to us... thing is at $60,000 per year and $20,000 set-up fee its not cheap :)
