That's the point though. America's so fucking out of order that you can't just make straight comedy about it. One of the ways of dealing with mass murder is just to laugh at it. The other alternatives are to cry, get off your tits, or to strap a bomb to yourself. I'd rather laugh. Or get off my tits.

Scott hasn't made a decent movie in years. Gladiator was toss, BHD garbage etc. etc.
Scott's best work was the Bowie commercial he made for Lyon's Luv in 68.
