Trustworthy accountants

we still have to pull this setting up of our Limited through.

sadly enough, the accountant we met up with ran a tad silent these days, so i may have to consider other options.

those of you operating as a Limited, whose services did or do you use to set it up and do your tax reports?
we're not in need of anything big now, just a legally fine solution, to give an official representation with a UK address.

I used to work in accountancy but am now a client of my old boss instead and he set up my company and does the annual accounts, tax etc. I take care of my personal tax myself.

i'd need someone to do the setting up bit as well, cos we are not officially UK based for another handful of years, we can use UK family members as offical board members though to ease things out.

in fact the guy we were in contact with gave me some tips which definitely kept me outta trouble. i was going to be a little too creative with the whole setup. ;)
