Recommended Site Designers ?

I'm looking to design an adult affiliate site but keep the hosting offshore in Central Europe. We're being quoted silly money at the moment for design and was hoping for a bit of advice/recommendation from those on the forum.

Any good designers out there who could purely design the site but let us host it elsewhere ?

Ok normally I just lurk but Damian keeps reminding me to get my ass in here so here goes, an affiliate design should run you 1-4k US and anyone who quotes you less is insane for 1k expect very little for 4k expect flash and nice shit everywhere. Those are realistic numbers as for designers web inc = good, others I really like right now

I don't know if you found what you are looking for yet but I can help to the level of my abilities.

I am a photo editor, nothing I can't do with a paint program. I can design beautiful graphics and image map them.

Programming I suck, a html hacker :)

If you or somebody you know has good programming skills together we could design quality sites for you, and I am very reasonable :D
