PayPal fuckup..

Topped up my Paypal account on 23rd July with £150 from our business bank account with HSBC...

recieved an e-mail yesterday that it had been taken twice

once on the 23rd July and one today !!! OK they have refunded it into my paypal account. but i want it in my bank account!!

what if it had made me overdraw or a cheque bounce??

when you call paypal there is a recoreded message for this problem so it happened a lot... so all that money sitting in paypals account for ten days will make them illegal interest on what is in effect stolen money

there must be a law against this ??

Yup their tossers, no doubt. Good luck trying to get any sence from them though.

Paypal are the scourge of the internet. Can you imagine if a real bank behaved in the same was as Pay Pal?

Oh it gets better..... They now tell me the money they paid back into my paypal account has been put back into the bank....but it takes 5-7 working days...


So they STEAL money from my bank account then take a week and a half to pay me back

I stick by what i said in another post about financial institutions I would trust criminals with money as you know EXACTLY where you stand..


Right where is Paypals UK office i am going there tomorrow with a baseball bat and sit there till someone pays...or better still ...sending Venice....she is a rottweiler with outstanding money

Its a duplicate Tranx they happened all the time at NoChex - thing is if you use your card and the sale is duplicated then you will have to wait before the money is returned. - It is just life :cheers2:

Its not life,,, its no better than theft and my guess is they know exactly what they are doing
