Hi

First post, so firstly hello everybody, hope you had a good weekend

I am currently developing an adult site (launching Jan 2007) and need to put together some legal text for it (i.e. Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement, Privacy Policy, etc)

I also need to draw up a model release form

I had a fantastic solicitor lined up but unfortunately he has now become a district judge

Does anybody know a good solicitor that that can give me advice on providing adult material or services via the Internet?

Cheers

Mark

BGAFD and here th the same question :)

I can email you a model release if required. I've now updated mine to include a a para where the models give their consent allowing their info to be be made available etc. for the new 2257.

As for the rest.. Just look at a few pay sites and use what they have ... Most have almost identical info.

Hi Joe

Thank you for the reply

Yep, I also posted it up on the BGAFD forum (in the wrong place unfortunately, ooops) and just to be doubly thorough I also sent an email to the Law Society to see what they come up with

As you suggested, I have looked at the legal info on other sites and will use that if necessary

If you could send me a copy of your model release form I would be very gratefully, thank you very much for the offer

I have sent you my email address via the forum

You find some of the forms on this site of use .....

i believe that the forms on adultsitelaw are written to conform to u.s. laws. they might not be what people outside the u.s. need in order to cover their asses legally.
