I just checked my card statement and creditexpert.co.uk billed me £49.99!?

I remember I used that site over a year ago to get my credit report, I don't know why they are billing me on my birthday!

wonder if I chargeback it will affect my credit rating ?

If I remember correct, they were offering free credit reports a while back if you signed up for their creditexpert service. However you had to cancel within 30 days or you would be billed around £50 per year.
