I am looking for someone with bags of toplisting experience to source the best toplist script for me, help set it up and promote it (tips, tricks etc.) as I want to build about 10 or so over the summer and get some of my ancient cam domains back on the map! of course you'll be paid - anyone? toplists are not my thing really and I need some kind of walkthrough.

Do you think that starting a toplist is the way to go now? They used to be great a few years but but I think that you need to work a little more at them now and there may be better ways?

I have to agree, I think that the effort that goes into making toplists an effective source of traffic these days is best spent elsewhere.

I think toplists are still actually very good, Im not sure if Jay works for anyone else, but hes the man for scripts and stuff if you cross his palm with a few silver coins

I use Toplists (http://www.jmbsoft.com/) they have a free/pro and php version. Ive got a copy of all three and I think the php version is the best. Probally a lot better on the market but they do the job.

Used to use those right from just about the first version on day one and never had a problem with any of them really :)

silver coins are fine johny! i'll pm jay with what I need, it's not so much the scripts tho, just a general overview as regards how best to manage and promote a set of toplists. I asked techteam at my host this afternoon about toplists and they can install everything for me.

SGS & Danbrusca thanks for the advice ::: I checked tonight, I have 11 webcam domains of between 1-30 pages each with hardly any conversions at all lately so I am going to transform each one into an autorank 5 toplist and use all the content/colour already in place to make them look hot. I mean at the end of the day i'll see more conversions from these domains if I turn them into toplists than I am now, which is a paltry 5/6 $25-$40 sign ups a month from 11 domains and about 200 pages - easily my worst-performing batch of sites right now.
