DVLA are doing my nut in!!!

Sorry im gonna have a big rant here cos they are pissing me off. Has anyone else had this problem??... i needed to send my driving license off to DVLA to get my address changed, 'no problem' they said 'well have it to you within three weeks' three weeks passed no license.

So i called them and they advised me it would be with me in the next two days. A WEEK LATER i got a letter from then saying we appologise but it is not possible for us to return your license until further ID documents are sent to us.

So i hit up dave on MSN and ask him to send me my payslip so i can send it with my NI card (bless you dave) that was THREE weeks ago still no rply. So i called them today and they cant find my details!!!!!!! I said a few swear words and hung up! I cannot believe they are being so lazy or stupid!

Has anyone else been though this do you think i should go to swansea with aarons swords and chop their bits off?? lol

That's really spooky 'cause I've just finished filling in the DVLA form to get a new licence (change of address) !

Got me worried now...... :(

youd be quicker taking it to swansea yourself hunni and processing it trust me!

when I changed my details they lost everything - I sent it recorded post though they said itnever arrived and I was forced to pay for it.

Its just more bollox - its the same with Companies house who fined me £250 for late accounts even though we sent them in well ontime!

This is what happens when the welsh get involed with white collor work if you open the mines again and move all these centres back into England things will work a lot better.

BTW I have an appeal logged with companies house seeing how they cashed the chq for the admin fee and my accountant has the postal recieps, though by the sound of it unless I took a photo of my paperwork with that days news paper, shot a film of me posting it and had a police witness the fine will stand.

Bring back mining!

Lol we have never had any problems with DVLA. Paul and my family deal with then and not a problemo

and what makes it worse is its only a change of addy, my brother sent off an application for a provisional and he got it back within 2 weeks!!!!!!! they def need to sort themselves out!
