What do you do to get motivated?

I check my stats...If its been a bad nights "sleep" I tend to do the 356day calculation and make myself a pauper in an instant....then panic sets in, then updating sets in, then spamming relevant boards and top lists, etc, etc...then I hit the pub

On a "good" nights stats, I wake up check the £ note stats, rejoice, want a little more same time next week so ...then updating sets in, then spamming relevant boards and top lists, etc, etc...then I hit the pub.

My only real motivation in all this is probably the pub....I just realised that....sorta like a "hamlet" moment...
