E-mail -Outlook question?

Does anyone know why our e-mail accounts in MS Outlook keep changing username and password on the outgoing server..

I have changed them back twice but after a few hours they change back themselves

not all of them just on one domain ?

Used to happen to me too but I dont know why...Thing is, the passwords and that never changed they just decided they didnt like my one and I had to change it again.

I put on the send over secure thingy ma bobby and that seemed to work, don't ask me to get technical....
