traffic-in is where he'll buy traffic from you for $4.00 per k , but it's a bit of a different idea to the usual PPC programs.
You can stick his IFRAME banners here and there on your sites and get a few extra $, worth looking at if you want to make a bit of extra cash.
It won't make you rich, but it will buy you a few bottles of Vimto.
