View Full Version : Sexcontent have packed up selling

Funny thing is I bought $1k's worth of balloon content from him last month
Just a quick note on them, they wasnt based in the U.S but 2257 has made it very hard to be a broker
The content side has seen a huge squeeze over the last few weeks and I think this side is the first to feel the effects of 2257.

This bit got me:
"For those of you who were purchasing sets and never finished purchasing the entire collection
and are unaffected by the new 2257 regulations, please drop us an email and we may be able
to work something out."
I though all older content had to be 2257 compliant - (Tho, I still feel making a new law today changing the past is pretty dodgy ground)

This is going to be a common story especially with DVD content licence brokers as not many of the US studios will be keen to give up full documentation.

without knowing 2257 in all its details, i seem to recall everything older than 10 years is exempt or something like that. i expect a flood of early 90s content in the shops soon.

I think he means from countries that are not as worried about the docs. Funny thing is I bought about 100 sets of him last month, 8 zips were corrupt and he doesnt return my emails about replacing them

Thats exactly what has happened to adultlegal.com
People have 10's of thousands of dollars worth of content not worth a wank

We've seen this 2257 stuff hit quite a few programmes and I hate to think of the cost of content being kicked off servers.
I am pretty pleased with myself for going down the route of self-produced content right from the off.

your not alone, I'm in the process of ditching a ton

We shoot our own content and only use DVD stuff for filler but its still a sod.
