View Full Version : How long for a company to send a licence key????
Got a load of video work underway here, and to speed things up bought a copy of videocharge.... yesterday morning...
Paid for it, got the confirmation... but no licence key to activate it!!!
Have emailed them, but no answer.....
My question is, what is a reasonable time before I get really angry with them?????:banghead: :banghead:

Hmmm 24 to 48 hours then i'd get impatient. Well to be honest if i bought it over the internet and i didnt get the key immediately i'd prolly be pissed off lol. I like automated systems!!

Never had any problem with the people from Videocharge.com. Even after 2 Years, when I lost my key, they send me a new one after a day I asked them for one. If you do not receive it within 48h just drop them a note and I guess they will help you immediately

How fortunate as I don't tend to spend longer than 30 seconds doing anything.

well over 48 hrs since order... dropped them a line after 24 hrs - no response....
Now bought a competitors products and will be asking for my CC to be credited......

48 hours can be standard, so i'd say wait 72 hours then get shirty
I agree with Elisha, buy it online and there is no reason not to get it immediately if not sooner.

If I don't get a key straight away I get another product and a refund.
