NTL users

Is anyone else having trouble with their NTL broadband access? Twice this week I've lost all internet service from these brain-dead halfwits and all they tell me, when I call the support centre in India is "It's a local area problem and it's being dealt with" Trying to update a tgp with this crap is getting to be impossible. :banghead:

No I'm in Manchester and all has been well. Have known them to have local area problems in the past but fingers crossed all is well this end of the woods

UNbelievable!!! 7 times in a week. This frigging company couldn't run a piss-up in a brewery if they had instructions. If anyone knows the home address of the NTL chairman please give it to me, I'd like to pay him a visit, so I can cut his cable

Phone them up and tell em your not paying for a shit service, i had problems a few years back, in summer the cab ! their main box up the street use to overheat and my TV and cable service would lock-up

They put me a bigger Kat T1 cable in or something ? never had a problem since. No chance of it overheating this Summer did i blink and miss it

According to their "support" :lmao2: it's my modem thats causing the problem, hmmm, funny how it's causing 4 of my neighbours to lose their net connection too
