Just saw it in my mates cinema. It is on general release tomorrow. If you liked Batman Begins or any of the X Men films this one is the daddy. It is fucking awesome.

Best film ever? I'm not sure if we saw the same movie cos the one I've just seen is a pale imitation of the first 2. Soulless I'm afraid. Too talky, inferior action and with none of the emotional depth of its predecessors.
Not a bad film as such, just not a very good one. Bryan Singer is solely missed and has been replaced with a lesser director. The story had potential and the darker moments could have been powerful in the right hands but the whole thing was flat and unengaging. And you know the game is up when they cast Vinnie Jones!

Not nearly as good as the first two but mindlessly entertaining. A couple of decent action set-pieces.

Saw it today. Best film ever? um, no. Not even the best super hero film of the past year or so - Batman Returns has that crown. However, it was enjoyable enough and really is pretty much what most people would expect.

Also, they didn't have full sex unless he can do it with his pants fully on..dunno maybe that is part of his mutant ability.

Sorry to be a nitpicking geek but Sarah Webinc - I hope you meant Batman Begins - a superior film to Batman Returns. :)
And people did expect better - Bryan Singer had set the standard high and Brett Ratner has delivered a poorer film. I wish they'd waited for Singer to have finished Superman instead of giving it to someone else.

Just come back from the midnight showing as Beloved is heavily into his comics (excuse me, graphic novels) - it was entertaining, but nothing mind blowing. Great effects though.
