I notice yer always offering incentives to new affs ... hows about coming up with some reward schemes for existing affs ... im sure you'd find a decent percentage would increase traffic or look for extra ways to promote you .... :drink:

You should offer unless do already a PPC programme for people to use which are non adult so webmasters can wack you on their exit links.
One of the things that comes up time and time again is what to do with an exit link.
Knowing what you have in your programme Im sure you could create a lovely portal which would convert the odd person.
If you offer a rate above the market you will attract attention and some of the affiliates one would assume will more closely at selling the products.
You could also look to win business / traffic from the companies that are no longer able to operate due to 2257 - show them they can sell tangibles as its less difficult to do so.
The same goes for the webmasters theres a lot of cleaver guys in the US now that will have issues selling memberships, they still have to earn a living so again a switch to semi main stream products would offer some peace of mind.
If at all possible you could also find a way of making a customer who buys from you 'rebill' with the same webmaster. I have friend who take those body building pills and they buy them month after month. This would make things rather attractive esp to webmasters in certain countries as they can realistically acheive a level residule income.

Hi
I am back home now, so feel free to call as I have been thinking about this a bit today.
But these are some quick thoughts.
1. Have some free hosted galleries. This would have links to your products.
2. Expand your range a bit. I feel that is you offer more goods it would help. Such as skin cleaner, moisturiser even under pants. The sort of thing men do not like to go out to buy (well I do not anyway).
3. Less American. Your sites such as http://www.prosolutionpills.com/ look very American. I think the site for a USA market is great, but I am not sure it will be as effective for a UK market.
But buzz me for a chat.

Out of interest you think many affiliates will sign up to sell pants? :drink:

I just think that selling things chaps need or want, but do not like to buy is a good idea.
I do not see why affiliates would care if it was pants or pills.
Most shops to me are set up for women.
Not sure about you, but I hate buying health products as its always near the women's things. Most chaps either have there girlfriends, wives or even mothers to buy there stuff.
My aunty buys my underwear, as I get embarrassed, which I know to say I do porn, and have been in shoots seems daft. If there was a site that sold that stuff, I would probably use it, especially if it was cheaper than the shops.

I was thinking along the same lines - Out of every 1000 webmasters who sign up for a programme, only a handfull actually produce anything worth shouting about - So why not build a complete tutorial site showing all the tips and tricks on how to make a good living selling your product - Then get back to all of those who had previously signed and sent sfa and show them how to succeed.
If you only tempt a few % back and some of those go on to make decent cash, it will have worked out far cheaper than advertising for new guys.
It would be a good idea just to get back to affiliates who have already signed up and are waiting for advice on the best links/programs to use.
Just a thought.
