any onme able to recomend a Canadian Host, I have a contact he needs a dedicated server and has a budget of around 100 rising to 200 USD PCM

I'm not sure if their pricing will work for you. I think its like 100.00 US for the server and a buck a gig.

I have had a server with these guys for about 4 years and have never had a problem with them. Great ping times and tech support is good.

Agreed .. Ezprovider rock ... I've been with them for about the same time & would highly recommend them.
