The remaining four candidates get a grilling this week as they each face a trio of tough interviews...

Next week the candidates are flying solo - no teams, no task, just three gruelling interviews from three trusted advisors to Sir Alan.

It's going to be interesting to see what secrets slip out under the spotlight and who finds the interrogation too intense. Ruth and Paul are pretty strong, aggressive characters so we can expect to see them come out fighting. Michelle and Ansell, in contrast, are more laid back so they may take a more defensive position.

If past performance is anything to go by, expect to see Paul turn on the charm for his interviewers - although offering them his hand in marriage (one of his favourite techniques) may not work this time.

Ansell is likely just to be Ansell. Straightforward, no messing and dependable, the question for him is going to be whether or not he has anything more to offer. Having seen his dodgy dancing in this week's task, the answer may be 'no'.

Michelle's tactic – as it seems to have been in most tasks – will almost certainly be to stay out of trouble. Of course in the interviews, there won't be any other team mates to hide behind.

Ruth's plan will probably be to play to her strengths: honesty, integrity and if all else fails, doing an impression of a bulldozer. With such a strong character, clashes seem inevitable.

Whoever makes it through next week will be right to be pleased with themselves: it's no mean feat to face off three interviewers in one sitting. There'll be no resting on laurels though: the final, toughest interviewer awaits them in the form of Sir Alan!
