How submits video galleries ?

Got a couple questions for ya

1) How many videos is best for a gallery to have ?
2) What lenght should each video clip be ?
3) Keep it simple design wise after all they are really just there for the vids or put the vids in a template.

Sometimes it can depend on where you'll get the traffic from. If I'm doing an autosubmit I'll check the mgp rules and do as few as I can get away with. I certainly don't want to give the surfer a good few minutes so he can have a wank without signing up, but also want to give a good flavour of what the site offers.

I usually go by a total of one minute's worth of video and slice it up accordingly (ie 3 clips of 20 secs, 6 of 10 secs or 4 of 15). Sometimes more if that's what it takes to get listed on certain tgp/mgp's. That's what works for me anyway.

I keep my galleries simple, but although the surfers are there for the free videos, the trick is to get them to click on a link somewhere that will take them to your paysite, so it's a matter of knowing what your traffic is likely to click :)

Yeah man i'll just be chameleon submitting, i've been hand submmited a few to nn tgps and on my paid spot. With these being nn tgps you can't show tits or pussy any way so seems to work well with ratios. But they don't have masses of traffic

I use between 3 and 4 and they will usually be about 30 seconds each.

Design wise I keep it simple and just two or three of links, usually with one being a big DOWNLOAD NOW! anchor.

I submit them and I try to have between 4 and 6 clips, in mpg format and they are generally between 15 and 20 seconds per clip. I tend to stick to 15 seconds now that I don't submit to worldsex anymore.

I have 6 twenty second clips in .wmv format. Keep the gallery simple and make the content speak for itself. It's been working well for me with galleries being accepted for thehun a couple of times a week

Four 20 sec good quality clips in wmv format usually gets me in at most places:)

Just a quick note on this, there are quite a few sites which have starting banning galleries with wmv format clips.

This is because wmv files have alot of options, you can add popups on start and end of movie, set limits on plays, set time limit, i even read someone tried to make clickable ads in wmv files so dont be surprised if the banning of this format becomes more wide spread.

How much b/w does your hun galleries use Roise ?

Not Rosie :) but Ive been buying spots on the hun in the 15-30 range recently and they have been peaking at 40mbit with four movies at 1mb each.

Fair point. I usually try to post in MPEG format since a lot of Mac users hate wmvs. What I don't do is use MPEG format if the mpeg format isn't available within the members area, because that would be a tad misleading...

clickable ads inside wmvs - sounds like cheater heaven. I bet most tgp/mgp owners don't fancy sitting through every clip submitted to make sure it doesn't redirect the viewer after 29.3 seconds...
