Why does Stella taste like shit...

I have just taken a cold bottle of beer from the fridge and as I opened it i got that horrible smell and then the not much better taste.

What is it with the bottles, do they use all the stuff the spill trying to get it into the cans.

Those little bottles seem to taste worse, the big ones for some reason tasts better.... You cant beet draft, I get too gassed up on bottles and cans :drink:

I like Kronenburg 1664 on draft but not in cans and if you can get it Hurlimans :thumbsup: not a lot of beezers do it though. A really nice pint that can flown down like a bastard it Carlsberg Premier, smooth as a fucking smooth thing.

I hate it when you go into a pub and they have Fosters and Heinekin or some other fucking waste of pump space lager, and no others.

I may have at least part of the answer to that one. It is more than likely brewed in a totally different place and although in theory everything should be uniform, the use of different water etc does make subtle changes. Its the same with Coca Cola, in theory they all use the same syrup and recipe, but one countries Coke is vastly different to another.
