We all say about it not affecting us but as we all know we like to follow suit when it comes to the yanks.
Oh well we'll have to wait and see.

It affects everyone who has dealings with US producers, sponsors and hosts, or if you sell to the US market. Unfortunately the document is so full of holes and contradictions + add to that G Bush's war on porn, we have a problem.
ho ho ho, hold your horses there. peddling memberships to US surfers is selling to the US market. and i don't give a rat's ass about 2257 on that.
the only danger that i really see are sponsors who will refuse to pay out sooner or later if you send signups from non-compliant pages. which is rather easy to avoid, shit on US sponsors.

all that extra work. the hassle, your name and address on your sites, for something that will not stop what it's supposed to stop in the first place,
Do yourself's a favour move to a european host, and stop lining the pockets of the idiots who dreamed up this crackpot idea.
By using US host's you are giving the US taxman your cash to pay the idiots to dream up more inconvenient ideas for you!

I guess that depends on if you want to sell to the US market or not. Besides I cant see where you host a site in the long term will make any difference. Its all about billing
"In order to sell in the U.S. market, foreign producers must comply with U.S. laws. This rule applies equally to any sexually explicit material introduced into the stream of commerce in the United States no matter where it was produced. Foreign producers have the option of not complying with the rule, but then their access to the U.S. market is justly and lawfully prohibited."
I really cant believe that there are still people not trying to sell to the US market when we can convert 100 US signups for every 5 EU signups and if anyone cant see the serious implications of 2257 (even in the time it takes to get overturned) then they are in for a bit of a shock in the coming weeks.
