Is this still happening for everyone else or is it just me??
I know Webair were having network problems last night. Looks like they still do.

Webair are having tons of problems still and we are just about ready to wrap things up with them there now.

B&B has worked fine for me the last couple of days.
Strange thing is, i'm often unable to hit any Webair subdomain - not just this last few days either.

My own sites are with Webair and trying to connect has been a nightmare the past couple of days. I was just wanting to see if anyone else was having troubles. It didn't click that B&B were with Webair too.

Hopefully it's being sorted out now but we have had several thousand members unable to download video files for the last 24 hours on and off and we are not happy with even one unhappy customer. Business is business. :)
Seems very odd that when you speak to them, they "seem" not to know of any problems. Just spoke to someone and he said
Alex
whats your server / site / specific problem, John?
John Senior
like everyone else who hosts there
John Senior
there are constant connection problems
John Senior
I take it webair are aware of it?
Alex
i am checking in to the issue
John Senior
So far its taken 2 days, anyone there noticed? Anytime I speak to someone every pretends they dont know what Im talking about
Alex
do you have a ticket number John

Last night at 11pm this message was sent back
John Senior
"We are currently working on the issue causing your problem. We have isolated the issue and are attempting to resolve it at the moment. If no resolution can be found in a timely manor, you will be moved to another segment of our network tonight that is not experiencing the trouble"
John Senior
Its now a day later, is that not a timely manor?
John Senior
two days since the trouble started, that seems pretty timely to me
Alex
the info in the ticket indicates the probelm has been isolated. whats kind of problem do you experience right now?
John Senior
same as everyone else.... one minute the servers are ok, one minute page cannot be found

Alex

Maybe they need to send a trace route to themselves, :)

At that point I decided to turn off live "help"
Look at www.powerstorm.net I'm moving everything over to them slowly but surely. They have a tkt system and their support are on ICQ almost 24/7.
I can't praise or thank them enough cos they put up with all my crap... LOL.
NatNet. The best there is bar none.

Without a doubt :cheers2:
There support is nothing short of amazing. Never have i had to wait more than 6 mins for a reply to a ticket regardless of what time/day i put one in.
They even called me last week just making sure my last ticket was fully resolved.
I got a nice iPod from them as well last Xmas ;)
Seems to be sorted today........ but fuck knows how much business i've lost over the past 3 days...
Has this problem just started again?

We are seeing time outs all over Webair hosted stuff again.

Look at the trace.
Tracert looks OK from my machine atm ..
Timing out with every other click for me.

Fine for me now. All my sites have settled too. Spoke with one of the Lead Tech people last night. They had changes their peering partners which caused disruptions. Changes were finalised yesterday 3:30PM EST. I am happy again.
